Terms and Conditions of Red Lobster Golfing
Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between Red Lobster Golfing (sole proprietorship), Patrick Honeck, Brückenstr. 42, 60594 Frankfurt (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") in their version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer within the meaning of these terms is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).
Deviating terms from the Customer will not be accepted unless expressly agreed upon by the Seller.
Offers and Service Descriptions
The presentation of products in the Red Lobster Golfing online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The receipt of your order is confirmed along with the acceptance of the order immediately after it is sent via an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.
Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion
Customers can select products from the Seller's range without obligation and collect them in a shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Within the cart, the product selection can be modified. By clicking the "Checkout" button, the Customer proceeds to complete the order process. By clicking the "Place Order" button in the final step, the Customer makes a binding purchase request for the items in the cart.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices listed on the Red Lobster Golfing website include applicable statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping fee is waived for orders of €60 or more.
Shipping to EU countries (no customs fees apply):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Delivery and Product Availability
If the ordered product is in stock, it will be promptly prepared for shipping. The delivery time is generally 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is not in stock at the time of the order, the Customer will be informed immediately.
Payment Options
Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Additional payment details will be provided during the checkout process.
Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Red Lobster Golfing until full payment has been received.
Warranty and Guarantee
The statutory warranty provisions apply. Additional guarantees for the goods delivered by Red Lobster Golfing only apply if explicitly stated in the product confirmation for the respective item.
Liability
Red Lobster Golfing is liable for intent or gross negligence according to legal provisions. Liability for guarantees is independent of fault. For slight negligence, Red Lobster Golfing is only liable under the Product Liability Act, for injuries to life, body, or health, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
Storage of the Contract Text
The contract text will be stored and can be accessed in your customer account after the order process is completed.
Final Provisions
The place of jurisdiction and performance is Frankfurt (Germany) if the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
The contract language is German.
The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (OS) for consumers is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Seller is neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
