Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order for delivery within Germany. Shipping costs are clearly displayed on the product pages, in the cart system, and on the checkout page.

Shipping to EU countries (no customs fees apply):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by our logistics partnersand its subcontractors if applicable. The delivery time is generally 3 - 5 business days. Any deviations from these delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Returns

Returns must be arranged at your own expense to the sender's address. Please note that the costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you. Further information about our returns process can be found in the 'Returns' section on our website.

Worldwide shipping The delivery method will vary based on your location, but in most cases, we ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. A tracking code will be provided for each shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

🚨 Important: Import duties and taxes are not included in the pricing and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. 

All orders are shipped from Germany.
