Shipping policy
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices. No VAT is shown because the small business regulation under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act) applies. For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order. For orders of €60 or more, shipping within Germany is free. For delivery to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and Czechia, we charge a flat rate of €14.99 per order. Shipping costs for other countries are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes for Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada are not included (see "Customs Duties and Import Taxes").
Delivery
We deliver with UPS and, where applicable, its subcontractors. Within Germany, the delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the order, and up to 7 business days with personalised golf balls. We deliver to Switzerland within 9 business days, to the United Kingdom within 10 business days and to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czechia, the USA and Canada within 11 business days, in each case from the order, likewise counting Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and including personalised golf balls. We only deliver personalised golf balls to the countries listed here; if you order them for delivery to any other country, we withdraw from the contract for these balls and refund the amount paid. If you order personalised golf balls together with other items, we deliver the entire order together within the delivery time for the personalised golf balls. Different delivery times are stated on the respective product page. Delivery to Packstation parcel lockers is not possible.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
We ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada with duties unpaid (DAP). Customs duties, import VAT and other import charges, as well as any carrier fees for clearing them, are not included in our prices and shipping costs; the recipient pays them on delivery. If the recipient refuses to accept a parcel with personalised golf balls delivered in accordance with the contract, for example because of these charges, we do not refund the price of the personalised golf balls. At your request, we will send them to you again; you bear the costs of doing so. Your statutory rights, for example in the event of defects, remain unaffected.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna. The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Returns
How to withdraw from a contract and return goods is explained in our withdrawal policy. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
All orders are shipped from Germany. You receive a tracking number for every shipment.
