How long does shipping take?
We ship from Germany with UPS, with tracking. Within Germany, delivery takes 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri), and up to 7 business days with personalised golf balls, in each case from your order. To Switzerland up to 9 business days, to the United Kingdom up to 10 and to all other delivery countries up to 11 business days, personalised golf balls included.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your country and are shown in your currency at checkout, before you pay:
- Germany: free above a minimum order value, otherwise a flat rate
- EU countries we ship to, the UK and Switzerland: flat rate per order
- USA and Canada: flat rate per order; a minimum order value applies
Can I return my order?
Yes, the statutory right of withdrawal applies to unprinted items. How it works is explained in our cancellation policy. Printed golf balls are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada. You'll see the shipping costs for your country at checkout; for the USA and Canada, a minimum order value applies.
Orders to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada are shipped DAP (duties unpaid): customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees are paid by the recipient on delivery.

What's the difference between the Lobbie PURE and the Lobbie BOLD?
PURE is a 3-piece urethane ball for spin and control around the green (our tour-style ball). BOLD is a 3-piece ionomer ball for distance and durability (our distance ball).
If you play to a handicap of 0–28 and like spin on the greens → PURE. If you want power and distance → BOLD.

Which ball suits my game?
If you strike the ball cleanly and want spin and control around the green, the Lobbie PURE with its urethane cover is the right fit. If distance is your priority or you're just starting out, go with the Lobbie BOLD with its ionomer cover.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. The methods available to you depend on your country and are shown at checkout. In some countries, Klarna also offers pay-by-invoice or installments.

Questions about the ordering process
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us at info@redlobstergolfing.de within 24 hours of placing your order – as long as the package hasn't shipped, we're happy to change the quantity or address. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected. We cannot change the design of personalised golf balls once you have placed your order, unless we ask you for a new file.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, your invoice is sent by email after your order ships. If you don't receive it, just email us at info@redlobstergolfing.de.
