How long does shipping take?
2 to 4 business days within Germany. We ship with DHL.
When is shipping free?
Free shipping in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg) on orders over €60.
Can I return balls?
Yes, 14-day return window from delivery. For test packs, send back any unopened balls — we refund the remaining amount. Return label on request.
Do you ship to Austria and Switzerland?
Yes, we ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Shipping rates vary by country, free on orders over €60.

What's the difference between Lobbie PURE and BOLD?
PURE is a 3-layer urethane ball for greenside spin and control (tour-equivalent). BOLD is a 3-layer Surlyn ball for distance and durability (distance-equivalent).
HCP 0–20 and want greenside spin → PURE. Want power and distance → BOLD.
Where are the balls made?
Designed in Frankfurt, manufactured in Asia — in plants that, to my knowledge, also produce for established premium brands.
Which ball is right for my game?
Try the test pack for €9.50 — three Lobbie PURE or three Lobbie BOLD, your choice. If it's not for you, send the rest back free.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Klarna (invoice, installments), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card. Klarna invoice: pay 14 days after shipment.

Questions about ordering and payment
Can I cancel or change my order?
Drop us a line within 24 h of ordering — as long as the package hasn't shipped, we'll adjust quantity or address. After that, our 14-day return window applies.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, invoice comes by email after shipment. If it doesn't show up, write us at honeck.patrick@gmail.com.
